English translation
Anyone who consumes wine or an intoxicating beverage in a public place, in a place where he can be seen by a person in a public place, or in a private club shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months and a fine not exceeding fifty dinars, or either of these penalties. And anyone who brings wine or an intoxicating beverage to the said place for a person with the intention of consuming it there. The same penalty shall apply to anyone found in a state of manifest intoxication and anyone who disturbs the peace as a result of consuming wine. )3(

يعاقــب بالحبــس مــدة لا تزيد على ســتة شــهور وبغرامــة لا تجاوز خمسين دينــارا أو بإحدى
هــاتين العقوبــتين كل مــن تعاطــى في مــكان عــام، أو في مــكان يســتطيع فيــه رؤيتــه مــن
كان في مــكان عــام، أو في نــاد خــاص، خمــرا أو شرابــا مســكرا.
وكل مــن جلــب إلى المــكان المذكــور الخمــر أو الشراب المســكر لشــخص بقصــد تنــاول
فيــه.
يعاقــب بــذات العقوبــة كل مــن وجــد في حالــة ســكر بين، وكل مــن اقلــق الراحــة بســبب
