English translation
Theft shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years and a fine not exceeding one hundred and fifty dinars, or by either of these two penalties, unless the law provides otherwise.

يعاقب على السرقة بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنتين وبغرامة لا تجاوز مائة وخمسين
