Any person possessing immovable property without right who uses violence to prevent the lawful possessor from taking possession shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 1 year and a fine not exceeding 75 dinars, or by either of these 2 penalties. 4 - Forgery

كل حائز لعقار بغير حق استعمل العنف لمنع الحائز القانوني من وضع يده يعاقب
بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنة واحدة وبغرامة لا تجاوز خمسة وسبعين دينارا أو بإحدى
