English translation
Any alteration of the truth in a document with intent to use it in a manner creating the impression that it conforms to the truth shall constitute forgery, if the document after alteration is capable of being used in that manner. Forgery occurs if the perpetrator fabricates a document and attributes it to a person who did not issue it, or alters an existing document, whether by deleting some of its words, adding words that were not present, or changing some words, or places another person's signature, seal or fingerprint upon it without authorisation from that person, or fraudulently induces that person to place his signature, seal or fingerprint upon the document without knowledge of its contents or without valid consent thereto. Forgery also occurs if the person entrusted with writing the document changes its meaning while drawing it up by recording therein an untrue fact as a true fact, and forgery is committed by anyone who exploits the good faith of the person entrusted with writing the document and dictates false particulars to him, creating the impression that they are true particulars.
