Article 259 مكررا of Kuwaiti Penal Code

Anyone who intentionally alters, without justification, a student's answer in any of the examinations referred to in the preceding article, or the mark awarded for it, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years and a fine not less than five thousand dinars and not exceeding ten thousand dinars, or either of these penalties. If the acts specified in the preceding paragraph are committed by an employee assigned to mark examination answers or record their marks, the penalty shall be imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years and a fine not less than five thousand dinars and not exceeding twenty thousand dinars, or either of these penalties.
