English translation
Anyone who uses a document that has lost its legal force, whether through invalidation, cancellation, supersession, suspension of its effect or expiry of that effect, knowing this and intending to create the impression that the document still retains its legal force, shall be punished by the penalty that would be imposed had he committed forgery of such a document.

كل من استعمل محررا فقد قوته القانونية، سواء كان ذلك بإبطاله أو بإلغائه أو
بنسخه أو بوقف أثره أو بانتهاء هذا الأثر، وكان عالما بذلك وقاصدا الايهام بأن
المحرر لا يزال حافظا لقوته القانونية، يعاقب بالعقوبة التي توقع لو كان ارتكب
