English translation
If the term of imprisonment specified in the judgment is six months or more, it shall be imprisonment with labour. If it does not exceed one week, it shall be simple imprisonment. If it is less than six months and more than one week, it shall be simple imprisonment unless the court orders imprisonment with labour.

إذا بلغت مدة الحبس المحددة في الحكم ستة شهور فأكثر ، كان حبسا مقترنا بالشغل،
وإذا لم تزد على أسبوع، كان حبسا بسيطا وإذا كانت أقل من ستة شهور وأكثـر مـن
اسبوع، كان حبسا بسيطا ما لم تقض المحكمة بأن يكون حبسا مع الشغل.Ask about this article
