The court may require a person sentenced to a penalty other than death to pay all or part of the trial costs. The judgment shall be enforced in accordance with the same rules followed in enforcing a judgment imposing a fine. 2 - Accessory penalties and supplementary penalties

يجوز للمحكمة أن تلزم المحكوم عليه بعقوبة غير الاعدام بدفع مصروفات المحاكمة
كلها أو بعضها ، وينفذ الحكم طبقا لنفس القواعد التي تتبع في تنفيذ الحكم بالغرامة.
