English translation
A penalty shall be considered accessory if the law prescribes it as an inevitable consequence of a sentence imposing the principal penalty, and shall be considered supplementary if its imposition depends on the judge pronouncing it, whether the law requires him to do so or permits him to do so.

تعد العقوبة تبعية إذا كان القانون يقضي بها كأثر حتمي للحكم بالعقوبة الاصلية،
وتعد تكميلية إذا كان توقيعها متوقفا على نطق القاضي بها سواء أوجب القانون
