Article 64 of Kuwaiti Penal Code

The penalty of a fine is the obligation imposed on the convicted person to pay the State the amount assessed by the court pursuant to the provision of law, which may not be less than seven hundred and fifty fils. If the convicted person does not pay the amount of the fine, it shall be collected by compulsory execution against his property. If compulsory execution is not possible, the convicted person may be subjected to bodily coercion in accordance with the rules prescribed in the Criminal Procedure Code.
