Dismissal from public office is deprivation of the office itself, the salaries prescribed for it and all benefits associated with it. If the convicted person is not a public employee when the judgment becomes enforceable, he shall lose his eligibility to hold any public office.

العزل من وظيفة عامة هو الحرمان من الوظيفة نفسها ومن المرتبات المقررة لها
ومن جميع المزايا المرتبطة بها . فان كان المحكوم عليه ، وقت صيرورة الحكم واجب
