English translation
If an action includes multiple claims of known value, whether principal claims or principal and alternative claims, arising from a single legal cause, valuation shall be based on their aggregate value. If they arise from different legal causes, valuation shall be based on the value of each separately.

إذا تضمنت الدعوى طلبات متعددة معلومة القيمة أصلية أو أصلية واحتياطية
وناشئة عن سبب قانوني واحد كان التقدير باعتبار قيمتها جملة، أما إذا كانت ناشئة
