Article 5 of Court Fees Law

If it is impossible to value an action, the action shall be deemed to be of unassessed value, and the actions 1-2 Replaced pursuant to Decree-Law No. 78 of 2025 following, in particular, shall be deemed to be of unassessed value: a- Actions for authentication of signatures. b- Actions and objections submitted to the judge of urgent matters. c- Original forgery actions, d- An application to affix the executory formula to arbitral awards and a grievance against that order. e- Applications for orders to enforce judgments of foreign courts. f- An application for the recusal of judges, experts, and arbitrators. g- Applications and orders on petitions submitted to the Enforcement Department and grievances against them. h- Easement actions. i- Actions for the interpretation and correction of judgments. j- Actions concerning administration of an endowment and actions concerning entitlement to reside in endowment premises or their vacation. k- Actions for the vacation of leased premises.
