Article 7 of Court Fees Law

A fixed fee shall be imposed on actions of unquantified value as follows: a- Ten dinars for applications and orders on petitions submitted to the Enforcement Department. b- Fifty dinars for applications submitted to the judge of interim matters, actions brought before the judge of urgent matters, and- applications in urgent matters submitted to the court hearing the merits ancillary to the substantive applications. c- One hundred dinars for actions brought initially before the Summary Court, the Court of First Instance, the Court of Appeal, or the Court of Cassation. d- One hundred and fifty dinars for actions concerning interim enforcement objections brought before the judge of urgent matters. e- Three hundred dinars for applications to recuse a judge, expert, or arbitrator; the fee shall be multiplied according to the number of persons whose recusal is sought. f- Five hundred dinars for applications to refer real property to the sales judge preparatory to its sale by auction. 1-2 ( Replaced pursuant to Decree-Law No. 78 of 2025 )1(
