If the action includes multiple principal claims, or principal and alternative claims, all of unassessed value, a fee shall be imposed on each separately; where these claims are connected, a single fee shall be imposed on them. If claims of known value and others of unknown value are combined in the action, a fee shall be imposed on each separately, unless they arise from a single legal cause, in which case the greater of the two fees shall be imposed. )2(

إذا اشــتملت الدعــوى على طلبــات متعــددة أصليــة أو أصلية واحتياطية كلهــا غير مقدرة
القيمــة فــرض رســم على كل منهــا على حــدة، وفي حالــة مــا إذا كانــت هــذه الطلبــات
مرتبطــة فــرض عليهــا رســم واحــد.
وإذا اجتمعــت في الدعــوى طلبــات معلومــة القيمــة وأخــرى غير معلومــة القيمــة يفرض
الرســم على كل منهــا على حــدة إلا إذا كانــت ناشــئة عــن ســبب قانــوني واحــد ففــي هــذه
