Article 6 of Court Fees Law

An ad valorem fee shall be imposed on actions of known value as follows: a- 5% up to thirty thousand dinars. b- 3.5% on the amount exceeding thirty thousand dinars and up to one hundred and fifty thousand dinars. c- 2.5% on the amount exceeding one hundred and fifty thousand dinars and up to five hundred thousand dinars. d- 1.5% on the amount exceeding five hundred thousand dinars and up to five million dinars. e- 1% on the amount exceeding five million dinars. In no case may the fee be less than ten dinars. (2)
