Article 4 of Court Fees Law

a) Actions seeking a judgment confirming the validity of contracts shall be valued at the value of the subject matter of the contract. If the contract is an exchange contract, the valuation shall be based on the greater value of the two things exchanged. b) Mortgage actions shall be valued at the amount of the secured debt. c) Actions for yield, rent and daily compensation shall be valued at the amounts due up to the day on which the statement of claim is filed. d) Actions for entitlement under a waqf shall be valued at the yield due for a period of five years. e) Applications to distribute the debtor’s assets among his creditors or divide them among them shall be valued by reference to the total assets whose distribution or division is sought. f) Actions for annulment of judgments of courts and judicial bodies and arbitral awards shall be valued on the basis of the value awarded. g) Applications relating to letters of guarantee shall be valued on the basis of their value, unless the dispute is limited to part thereof, in which case they shall be valued according to that part.
