Article 49 of Title Register Law

The Grievances Committee shall have jurisdiction to consider the following: (1) Reports on the examination of conflicting instruments registered against a single property, referred to it by the Real Estate Registration Department. (2) Grievances by interested parties against decisions issued by the Real Estate Registration Department relating to the implementation of the provisions of this Law. (3) Grievances by interested parties against endorsements on their applications requiring completion of requirements for which they see no justification, or against a decision that their application or priority has lapsed.
