Article 46 of Title Register Law

a- An alphabetical spelling personal index for each governorate shall be prepared at each supervisory unit, in which each owner shall have a separate folio indicating the properties owned by that owner in the governorate. The particulars of this index shall be recorded on the basis of the particulars entered in the real folio register, and a copy of this index shall be sent at the end of each year to the Archives Section. b- A general alphabetical spelling personal index shall be prepared at the Real Estate Registration Department, in which each owner shall have a separate folio indicating the properties owned by that owner. Those particulars shall be recorded on the basis of the particulars contained in the real folio register.
