Without prejudice to recording entries and annotations electronically, the real folio register office shall prepare daily lists in several copies of the entries and annotations made in the register on the preceding day. At the end of each week, a copy of those lists shall be sent to the Real Estate Registration Department for annotation of their contents in the property folios and personal indexes held by it.
