English translation
All correspondence, releases and other documents issued by the company must bear its name, a statement of its legal form and its registration number in the Commercial Register. Except in the case of a general partnership, a limited partnership and a partnership limited by shares, a statement of the amount of the company's capital and the amount paid up thereof shall be added to these particulars. If the company is under liquidation, this must be stated in the documents it issues. The company's legal representative who contravenes the provision of this Article shall be jointly and severally liable with the company for any damage sustained by a third party acting in good faith as a result of this contravention, if it is established that the company's assets are insufficient to compensate that third party for the damage sustained because of this contravention.

جميع المراسلات والمخالصات وغيرها من الأوراق التي تصدر عن الشركة يجب أن
تحمل اسمها وبيانا عن شكلها ورقم قيدها في السجل التجاري. ويضاف إلى هذه
البيانات في غير شركة التضامن وشركة التوصية البسيطة وشركة التوصية بالأسهم
بيان عن مقدار رأس مال الشركة ومقدار المدفوع منه.
وإذا كانت الشركة تحت التصفية وجب أن يذكر ذلك في الأوراق التي تصدر عنها.
ويكون الممثل القانوني للشركة الذي يخالف حكم هذه المادة مسؤولاً بالتضامن
مع الشركة عما يلحق الغير الحسن النية من ضرر نتيجة هذه المخالفة إذا ما ثبت
عدم كفاية أموال الشركة لتعويضه عما لحقه من ضرر بسبب هذه المخالفة.Ask about this article
