Except for a joint venture company, the company shall enjoy legal personality from the date of registration. Every company established in the State of Kuwait shall have Kuwaiti nationality and must adopt a domicile in the State, the particulars of which shall be recorded in the Commercial Register. That domicile shall be the one recognized for directing correspondence and judicial notices to the company.
