English translation
Subject to the provisions of the aforementioned Law No. 7 of 2010, a public shareholding company shall have one or more auditors appointed by the ordinary general assembly after approval by the Central Bank of Kuwait in respect of companies subject to its supervision. The company's founders may appoint one or more auditors until the constituent assembly convenes. In exceptional and emergency cases in which the auditor appointed by the assembly does not perform his duties for any reason, the board of directors may appoint a replacement, provided that this matter is presented at the first meeting held by the assembly for a decision thereon.

مع مراعاة أحكام القانون رقم ٧ لسنة ۲۰۱۰ المشار إليه، يكون لشركة المساهمة
العامة مراقب حسابات أو أكثر تعينه الجمعية العامة العادية بعد موافقة بنك
الكويت المركزي بالنسبة للشركات الخاضعة لرقابته، ويجوز المؤسسي الشركة تعيين
مراقب حسابات أو أكثر إلى حين انعقاد الجمعية التأسيسية.
ويجوز لمجلس الإدارة في الحالات الاستثنائية والطارئة التي لا يباشر فيها مراقب
الحسابات المعين من قبل الجمعية مهمته لأي سبب من الأسباب أن يعين من يحل
