English translation
The auditor may not be the chairman or a member of the board of directors of the company whose accounts he audits, be entrusted with performing any administrative work therein, supervise its accounts, or be a relative up to the second degree of a person who supervises the company's management or accounts. Nor may he purchase or sell shares in the companies whose accounts he audits during the audit period, or perform any consultancy work for the company.

يراجع حساباتها أو منوطا به القيام بأي عمل إداري فيها أو مشرفًا على حساباتها
