English translation
The auditor shall maintain, during and after the end of his work at the company, the confidentiality of the data and information that came to him by virtue of his work, shall not use such data and information to obtain a benefit for himself or others, and shall not disclose any secrets relating to the company. If the auditor breaches his duties referred to in the preceding paragraph, he may be removed and required to pay compensation where appropriate.

يلتزم مراقب الحسابات بالمحافظة أثناء وبعد انتهاء عمله بالشركة على سرية البيانات
والمعلومات التي وصلت إليه بحكم عمله ولا يستعمل هذه البيانات والمعلومات
في تحقيق منفعة لنفسه أو لغيره، ولا يذيع أية أسرار تتعلق بالشركة.
وإذا خالف المراقب واجباته المشار إليها في الفقرة السابقة جاز عزله ومطالبته
