The auditor shall be liable for the financial statements contained in the auditor's report and for any damage sustained by the company, shareholders or third parties due to errors committed by the auditor during and by reason of the auditor's work. If the company has more than one auditor, they shall be jointly and severally liable unless Law Index 7051 Home Page Companies Law Law No. 1 of 2016 Promulgating the Companies Law one of them proves non-participation in the fault giving rise to liability. The auditor shall also be liable for damage sustained by the company as a result of the auditor's resignation at an inappropriate time. Every shareholder may, during the ordinary general assembly meeting, discuss matters with the auditor and seek clarification of the contents of the auditor's report.

يكون مراقب الحسابات مسئولاً عن البيانات المالية الواردة في تقريره وعن كل
ضرر يصيب الشركة والمساهمين أو الغير بسبب الأخطاء التي تقع منه أثناء وبسبب
عمله، وإذا كان للشركة أكثر من مراقب كانوا مسئولين بالتضامن إلا إذا أثبت
أحدهم عدم اشتراكه في الخطأ الموجب للمسئولية.
كما يكون مراقب الحسابات مسئولاً عن الأضرار التي تلحق بالشركة نتيجة استقالته
في وقت غير مناسب.
ولكل مساهم أثناء عقد الجمعية العامة العادية أن يناقش المراقب وأن يستوضحه
