English translation
A single-person company shall terminate upon the death of the owner of its capital, unless the heirs' interests are consolidated in one person or the heirs choose to continue it in another legal form, all within six months from the date of death. The company shall also terminate upon the termination of the legal person owning the company's capital.

تنقضي شركة الشخص الواحد بوفاة مالك رأس مالها إلا إذا اجتمعت حصص
الورثة في شخص واحد أو اختار الورثة استمرارها بشكل قانوني آخر وذلك كله
خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ الوفاة، كما تنقضي الشركة بانقضاء الشخص الاعتباري
