English translation
Subject to the minimum number of partners in a professional company, a professional company shall not be dissolved upon the death of a partner, his withdrawal from it, or his loss of eligibility to practise the profession. In the event of death, the interest shall not pass to the heirs, and they shall be entitled to recover its value in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 11 of this Law. The partners may agree that an heir who satisfies the conditions for partnership in the company shall replace their deceased predecessor if that heir wishes to join the company, all without prejudice to the rights of the other heirs against that heir. The same provision concerning recovery of the interest shall apply if a partner loses eligibility to practise the profession.

مع مراعاة الحد الأدنى لعدد الشركاء في الشركة المهنية لا تنقضي الشركة المهنية
بوفاة أحد الشركاء أو خروجه منها أو بفقده صلاحية مزاولة المهنة.
وفي حالة الوفاة لا تنتقل الحصة إلى الورثة، ويكون من حقهم استرداد قيمتها وفقًا
لأحكام الفقرة الأولى من المادة ١١ من هذا القانون، ويجوز للشركاء أن يتفقوا على
حلول الوريث الذي تتوافر فيه شروط الشراكة بالشركة محل مورثهم إذا رغب
ذلك الوريث في الانضمام إلى الشركة، وذلك كله دون الإخلال بحقوق باقي الورثة
تجاه ذلك الوريث، ويسري ذات الحكم من حيث استرداد الحصة في حالة فقد أحد
