English translation
Upon its dissolution, the company shall enter the liquidation phase. During the liquidation period, the company shall retain its legal personality to the extent necessary to complete the liquidation. The phrase “under liquidation” must be added to the company’s name, written clearly in correspondence issued by it. In liquidating the company, the provisions stipulated in the following Articles shall be followed unless the company’s contract provides otherwise.

تدخل الشركة بمجرد حلها في دور التصفية، وتحتفظ الشركة خلال مدة التصفية
بالشخصية الاعتبارية بالقدر اللازم لإتمام التصفية، ويجب أن يضاف إلى اسم الشركة
عبارة تحت التصفية مكتوبة بطريقة واضحة في المكاتبات الصادرة عنه.
ويتبع في تصفية الشركة الأحكام المنصوص عليها في المواد التالية ما لم ينص في عقد
