Article 281 of Companies Law

One or more liquidators shall be appointed from among the partners or others, in accordance with the conditions and rules stipulated in the company's contract. If there is no provision in this regard, his appointment and the determination of his remuneration and the liquidation period shall be made by the majority required to amend the company's contract. If a decision appointing the liquidator cannot be issued, the court shall appoint him upon the application of one of them or one of the company's creditors. The judgment must specify his remuneration and the liquidation period.
