English translation
The liquidator shall be removed by a decision of the authority competent to appoint him. In all cases, the court may, upon the application of a partner or a creditor of the company and for acceptable reasons, order the removal of the liquidator. Every decision or judgment removing the liquidator must include the appointment of his replacement. The new liquidator shall publicize the decision or judgment containing the removal and his appointment as liquidator before commencing his work.

يعزل المصفي بقرار من الجهة المختصة بتعيينه، وفي جميع الأحوال يجوز للمحكمة
بناء على طلب أحد الشركاء أو أحد دائني الشركة لأسباب مقبولة أن تقضي بعزل
المصفي.
وكل قرار أو حكم بعزل المصفي يجب أن يشمل تعيين من يحل محله، ويجب على
المصفي الجديد شهر القرار أو الحكم المتضمن العزل وتعيينه مصفيًا قبل مباشرة
