English translation
The company shall be bound by all acts performed by the liquidator in its name or for its account if they are required by the liquidation work and are within the limits of his authority. If there are multiple liquidators, their acts shall not bind the company unless the decision is taken by an absolute majority, unless their appointment resolution provides otherwise.

تلتزم الشركة بكل الأعمال التي يجريها المصفي باسمها أو لحسابها إذا كانت مما
تقتضيه أعمال التصفية وفي حدود سلطته.
فإذا تعدد المصفون فلا تكون تصرفاتهم ملزمة للشركة إلا إذا اتخذ القرار بالأغلبية
