English translation
The liquidator shall complete the liquidation work within the period specified in the decision appointing him. If no period is specified, the court shall determine it upon the application of a person having an interest therein. The period may be extended with the approval of the majority of partners empowered to amend the company's memorandum of association, or by a court decision after examining the liquidator's report on the reasons that prevented completion of the liquidation within the specified period. Any interested person may request the court to shorten the liquidation period.

على المصفي الانتهاء من أعمال التصفية في المدة المحددة في قرار تعيينه، فإذا لم تحدد
المدة تولت المحكمة تحديدها بناء على طلب من له مصلحة في ذلك.
ويجوز مد المدة بموافقة أغلبية الشركاء الذين يملكون تعديل عقد الشركة أو بقرار
من المحكمة بعد الاطلاع على تقرير المصفي بالأسباب التي حالت دون إتمام التصفية
