English translation
The liquidator appointed to liquidate a joint-stock company shall convene the ordinary general assembly within three months of the end of the financial year to discuss and approve the balance sheet for the year ended, the auditor's report, and the annual report on the liquidation activities, and to appoint an auditor for the new year. He may convene the assembly at any time if the liquidation activities so require.
