Article 28 of Companies Law

In all companies, upon denial, claims by the company's creditors against its partners shall not be heard after five years have elapsed from the company's dissolution or from a partner's departure from it, as regards claims directed against that partner. If the debt was established against the company while the partner was in it and became due after his departure, the period in this case shall begin on the due date. Subject to the preceding paragraph, the period barring the hearing of the claim shall run from the date of completion of publicity formalities in all cases in which such publicity is mandatory.
