Article 297 of Companies Law

If it becomes apparent to the Ministry that there are violations of the provisions of this Law or the company's memorandum of association, or that those managing the company or its founders have acted in a manner detrimental to the interests of the company, partners, or shareholders, or affecting the national economy, it shall convene the ordinary general assembly or the partners' meeting to rectify these violations within fifteen days from the date of the meeting, and notify the competent investigative authorities thereof. The Executive Regulations shall specify the procedures for submitting complaints by interested parties and how they are to be examined by the Ministry.
