English translation
If it becomes apparent to the Ministry or a supervisory body, from the inspection, that what was attributed to the members of the board of directors, the auditor, the manager or the chief executive officer is untrue, it shall, at the request of the person concerned and at the expense of those requesting the inspection - publish the result of the report in two daily newspapers and on the company's website, without prejudice to their liability for compensation where appropriate.

إذا تبين للوزارة أو إحدى الجهات الرقابية من التفتيش، أن ما نسب لأعضاء مجلس
الإدارة أو مراقب الحسابات أو المدير أو الرئيس التنفيذي غير صحيح يجب عليها
بناء على طلب صاحب الشأن وعلى نفقة طالبي التفتيش - نشر نتيجة التقرير في
صحيفتين يوميتين والموقع الإلكتروني للشركة، وذلك دون الإخلال بمسئوليتهم
