English translation
The person undertaking the inspection shall, during his work and after leaving it, preserve the confidentiality of the books, documents and all records and information of which he became aware by virtue of his assignment, and shall not disclose any secrets relating to the company he inspected, except in cases where the law permits this. He shall be liable if he neglects to mention true facts or records untrue facts that could affect the outcome of the inspection.

على من يتولى التفتيش أن يحافظ أثناء عمله وبعد تركه للعمل على سرية الدفاتر
والمستندات وكافة الوثائق والمعلومات التي اطلع عليها بحكم مهمته، وألا يفشي
أية أسرار تتعلق بالشركة التي قام بالتفتيش عليها، وذلك فيما عدا الأحوال التي
يصرح فيها القانون بذلك، ويكون مسؤولاً إذا أهمل ذكر وقائع صحيحة أو أثبت
