Article 300 of Companies Law

If the Ministry rejects the shareholders' or partners' request to conduct the inspection of the company referred to in Article 298 of this Law, those whose request has been rejected may submit a petition to Law Index 1522 Home Page Companies Law Law No. 1 of 2016 Promulgating the Companies Law the President of the Court of First Instance to order the requested inspection, appoint an expert to perform this task, and determine his fees. These fees shall be borne by the applicants for inspection or by whoever is proven responsible for the violations stated in the request.
