Article 3 الثالثه of Companies Law

The Minister of Commerce and Industry shall issue the Executive Regulations of this Law and the decisions necessary to implement its provisions within two months from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. The other supervisory authorities shall, within the said period, issue the decisions they are entrusted to issue pursuant to the provisions of this Law. The continued effect of the Executive Regulations of Decree-Law No. 25 of 2012 and its amendments is approved until the Executive Regulations of this Law take effect.
