English translation
The company shall take one of the following forms: 1 - General partnership. 2 - Limited partnership. - Partnership limited by shares. 4 - Joint venture company. 5 - Shareholding company. 6 - Limited liability company. - Single-person company. For every agreement that does not take one of the forms referred to in the preceding paragraph, the persons who concluded it shall be personally and jointly and severally liable for the obligations arising from it.

تتخذ الشركة أحد الأشكال التالية:
۱ - شركة التضامن.
۲ - شركة التوصية البسيطة.
- شركة التوصية بالأسهم.
٤ - شركة المحاصة.
٥ - شركة المساهمة .
٦ - الشركة ذات المسؤولية المحدودة.
- شركة الشخص الواحد.
وكل اتفاق لم يتخذ أحد الأشكال المشار إليها في الفقرة السابقة يكون الأشخاص
