Article 5 of Companies Law

The Ministry shall notify the founders of the incorporation of the company within three working days of fulfillment of the documentary requirements and completion of the procedures in accordance with this Law and its Executive Regulations. The Executive Regulations shall regulate the procedures for incorporating the company or amending its contract, issuing the licenses necessary to conduct its activities, or any other procedures or approvals falling within the competence of more than one entity, in a manner ensuring completion of all these procedures through a special department within the Ministry comprising representatives of the relevant government entities.
