Article 60 of Companies Law

A partnership limited by shares is a company consisting of general partners liable for the company's obligations with all their assets and shareholder partners who are liable for the company's obligations only to the extent of the shares they own in the capital. The company shall have a name consisting of the name of one or more general partners, an invented name, or a name derived from the company's objects. The name of a shareholder partner may not be mentioned in the company's name. If his name is mentioned with his knowledge, he shall be deemed a general partner in terms of liability for the company's obligations toward third parties acting in good faith. In all cases, the company's name must be followed by the phrase partnership limited by shares.
