English translation
The general partner in this company shall be subject to the legal regime applicable to a partner in a general partnership, and the shareholder partner therein shall be subject to the legal regime applicable to a shareholder in a closed shareholding company, to the extent that this does not conflict with the provisions of this Part.

شركة التضامن ويكون الشريك المساهم فيها خاضعا للنظام القانوني الذي يخضع
له المساهم في شركة المساهمة المقفلة، وذلك بالقدر الذي لا يتعارض مع أحكام
