Article 64 of Companies Law

The company's memorandum of association must include the following particulars: 1 - The company's firm name. Law Index 1476 Home Page Companies Law Law No. 1 of 2016 Promulgating the Companies Law 2- Its head office. 3- The company's duration, if any. 4- The company's objects. 5- The partners' names, their capacities in the company, their nationalities and domiciles, and the number of shares owned by each. 6- The amount of the company's capital, the number of shares into which it is divided, and the nominal value of each share. 7- The name of the general partner entrusted with managing the company. 8- A statement of each non-cash contribution, its contributor's name, the special conditions for its provision, and the pledge rights and privileges attaching to it, if any. 9- An approximate statement of the expenses and costs that the company is obliged to pay by reason of its incorporation. The company's memorandum of association may not contain any conditions that would exempt the general partners from liability arising from the nullity of incorporation.
