English translation
The number of partners in the company must not be fewer than five, including at least three shareholders. All partners must sign the company’s memorandum of association. The general partners shall undertake the incorporation procedures and shall be liable for compensation for damage resulting from any error in these procedures.

يجب ألا يقل عدد الشركاء في الشركة عن خمسة على أن يكون من بينهم ثلاثة على
الأقل من المساهمين، ويتعين أن يوقع جميع الشركاء على عقد الشركة، ويتولى الشركاء
المتضامنون القيام بإجراءات التأسيس، ويسألون عن تعويض الأضرار التي تنتج
