The company shall be managed by one or more managers from among the general partners, and the manager's powers and functions shall be specified in the company's contract. The provisions and rules prescribed for a manager in a general partnership shall apply to the manager's duties, liabilities and removal, and to the company's liability for the manager's acts, subject to the provisions stipulated in the following Articles.
