English translation
Interests in the capital of a limited liability company may not be traded except in accordance with this Law. Assignment of interests shall be effected by a written instrument, and the remaining partners shall have the right to redeem the interests on the same terms if the assignment is to persons other than partners.

لا يجوز تداول حصص رأس مال الشركة ذات المسؤولية المحدودة إلا وفقًا لأحكام
هذا القانون، ويتم التنازل عن الحصص بموجب محرر كتابي ولباقي الشركاء الحق
