English translation
The entities to which the provisions of Articles 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 of this Law apply shall submit to the Civil Service Bureau an annual statement of the number of Kuwaiti employees therein and their proportion to the total number of their employees, comparing this proportion with their proportions in the previous three years, and shall include these data in their audited annual budget the Civil Service Bureau may request from any governmental or non-governmental entity the data and information required for the application of the provisions of this Law.

على الجهات التي تسري عليها احكام المواد ٣ ، ٥، ٦ ، ٧، ٨، ٩ من هذا القانون ان
تقدم إلى ديوان الخدمة المدنية بيانا سنويا بعدد الموظفين الكويتيين فيها ونسبتهم الى
اجمالي عدد الموظفين لديها ومقارنة هذه النسبة بنسبهم في الثلاث سنوات السابقة
وان تدرج هذه البيانات في ميزانيتها السنوية المدققة لديوان الخدمة المدنية ان يطلب
من أي جهة حكومية او غير حكومية البيانات والمعلومات التي يتطلبها تطبيق احكام
