English translation
Federations, the General Federation and trade unions have the right to join Arab or international federations with which they consider their interests to be connected, provided that they notify the Ministry of the date of their accession. In all cases, care shall be taken that such accession does not contravene public order or the public interest of the State.

ترى أن مصالحها ترتبط بها، على أن تخطر الوزارة بتاريخ انضمامها، وفي جميع الأحوال
